THE SHACK AT VINCENT is a lovely 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large undercover outdoor area to entertain!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), dining, lounge with large smart TV, Blue Ray player.

Sliding doors from lounge area open up to the undercover outdoor deck with large table/chairs, childrens table/chairs, wall mounted TV, 1 large hooded BBQ and 1 large flat top BBQ.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioned throughout.

Large family bathroom with walk-in shower, full size bath, vanity & w/c.

Laundry with sink and top loading washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Separate w/c.

All Bedrooms have a small smart TV.

Fully fenced yard.

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
