Adam’s View is a modern, comfortable 3 bedroom Townhouse that accommodates up to 8 guests with sea views from the large balcony.

Downstairs: Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee plunger (BYO coffee), dining, living area with TV/DVD, laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry sink, separate w/c, stairs in living area lead up to balcony access.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, Main bedroom with built in robes, direct access to balcony (separate from stairwell access), ceiling fans in main bedroom and bedroom 2. Bathroom with full size bath, separate shower, vanity, w/c. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, upstairs balcony with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Rear yard with gates for boat or car parking, undercover parking for 2 cars at front of property. Bed configuration - main - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunks. Pillows and quilts provided, guests need to bring their own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat, tea towels. No smoking inside. No pets.

Linen can be hired - $20 for queen bed $15 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat and tea towels. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know.
